In lieu of our traditional in-person health fair, the Recreation Center will be offering "Health Fair in a Bag"! Over 20+ health related businesses/organizations are featured. Visit or call (704-878-3103) the Recreation Center to claim yours! Pick the bag up in January, register now!

-This high rep, low weight class will help you gain and tone long, lean muscles. This class is for all ages 18+ and fitness levels. Taught in a group setting, this class will use barbells and free weights with motivating music to get your heart rate up.

Strengthen your heart and lungs while increasing your flexibility during this class that blends the two.

Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Two to four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a perforated polymer ball, similar to a whiffle ball, over a net.

Silver Sneakers EnerCHI is a NEW signature class, a spin on Tai Chi using proven poses to improve balance, strengthen muscles and help members find their inner CHI. It's low impact and modifications are provided to lower or raise the intensity.
